Account information, settings and profile can be amended at any time by visiting your account profile page.As a coach when a participant books a session, an email will be sent to participant with extra contact details for participant to communicate with coach. This will help keep both participant and coach more connected when not using Coach Cycle platform. Details will be coaches phone number and email address used when signing up coaches profile.

This includes information used to sign up as a participant or coach and agreeing to this by actively ticking a consent box for (participant) or actively clicking submit button for (coach). If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
